CONTEXT

Swiggy POP was a newly introduced service that focused on a curated menu, easier food selection based on past ordering preferences and a quicker delivery. This feature even experimented with doing away with minimum order. I was tasked with nudging the users to explore POP. This meant, creating in-app banner nudges that peaked interest, intriguing them to click, explore and order. 

I crafted creative copy that succinctly conveyed the unique benefits of Swiggy POP. The messaging focused on highlighting convenience, affordability, and variety, tailored to resonate with the target audience’s preferences.

Through iterative testing and refinement, I optimized the copy to ensure clarity and impact. A/B testing methodologies were employed to assess the effectiveness of different messaging variations in driving user engagement with Swiggy POP.

Collaborating closely with designers, I integrated the creative copy into visually appealing nudge designs. The visual elements were designed to complement the messaging, using color schemes and imagery consistent with Swiggy’s brand identity to enhance visual appeal and user engagement.
