CONTEXT
Create an FAQ page for the Jeet 11 app that will describe about the immunity pass feature, how to avail it & how to use it.
I worked closely with the product manager to gain a deep understanding of the feature by participating in multiple in-depth meetings. During these sessions, we discussed the feature’s objectives, functionality, and target audience. I also reviewed user stories and other documentation to match-up relevant scenarios and edge cases (if any).
Created clear, concise answers for each use case to ensure users understand how to interact with the feature. This involved anticipating user questions and providing step-by-step guidance to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
I also prioritized key messages and organized content flow to guide users smoothly through the feature.
